HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE?

Tickets are sold online or by Phone at 850-706-5206. You cannot purchase Tickets online until you have signed up for aTicketor account. It's easy and requires just entering name, email and phone. This is so we can process and send
you your tickets.

SIGN UP
If you don't already have a account,click on EVENTS and TICKETS menu button above .Once you see your desired show, click tickets icon for that show. see diagram below

You will then see the sign up bar at the top right hand corner of the page

On the sign in page click "new user" and use your email creating a pass word for your Ticketor account. See diagram below
FROM YOUR PHONE
If signing up for a Ticketor account on your phone, you will see this mobile view. Click the icon then new user See diagram below

After signing up with your email, you will see a list of available events. Click on the "button" for your desired event. You will be redirected to the "Find Tickets" page where you can simply select the number of tickets that you need and add them to your shopping cart.
SMG Events at Mattie Kelly are 'Reserved Seating', meaning you can select your seats on the seating chart or ask the system to find you the best available seats.
You can see and verify the seat selection in your shopping cart before making the purchase.Now that you have tickets in your shopping cart, press the "Proceed to Checkout" button to go to the checkout page.
On the checkout page, choose the required delivery method ( how you want your tickets sent email or phone?) and fill out your billing and credit card information to complete the transaction.

Upon successful completion of the transaction, you should receive a confirmation number and a confirmation email will be sent to you. You will also be able to see your tickets using the "My Tickets" link on the main menu.
If e-tickets are selected as the delivery method, you can print your tickets immediately or at a later time using the link in your confirmation email or by logging into your account and using the "print e-tickets" option from the top menu.
