ABOUT DOGS, BANDS AND BEER DAY FEST
Welcome to the Dogs Bands and Beer Day Fest! Join us for an amazing experience filled with live music with headliners Atlanta Rhythm Section and Firefall, delicious food, and, of course, a wide selection of great beers. This day fest is the perfect opportunity for dog lovers and beer enthusiasts to come together and enjoy a day of fun and great music.

Our Dogs Bands and Beer day fest features a diverse range of beers, specialty drinks and gourmet food trucks to delight your taste buds.
Parking
General Parking All parking is general access and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Disabled parking is also available.
Disabled parking spaces, for use with permits, are clearly marked in the front parking lot and in the north parking lots of the Mattie Kelly Arts Center.
To access the Amphitheater, special needs audience members can be dropped off near its entrance gate to the north. If additional assistance is needed, please inform personnel at the time tickets are purchased.
Dog-Friendly Environment
We welcome furry friends! However please mindful of the following:
Dogs must be friendly and non-aggressive
• Dogs must be at least 4 months old
• No dogs in heat
• Owner assumes full responsibility for their dog
Permitted
Low profile lawn chairs only (max 9” seat height, 34” overall height)
•Small personal bags (subject to inspection)
• Sealed water bottle
Event Policies
All bags and chairs subject to inspection at entry
• No re-entry once your ticket has been scanned
• Follow all staff and security instructions
• Disorderly or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund

Weather, Safety & Cancellation Policy
Not Permitted
• Picnic blankets
• Coolers (hard or soft-sided)
• Outside food or beverages unless VIP Pit table purchased
• Alcohol from outside the event unless VIP pit table purchased
• Umbrellas, tents, or shade canopies
• Large bags or backpacks
• Weapons of any kind
• Illegal substances
• Drones
Rain or Shine
Dogs, Bands & Beer Festival is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine. The festival is scheduled to proceed as planned under ordinary weather conditions, including rain.
Weather Forecasts
An unfavorable weather forecast does not constitute grounds for a ticket refund. The festival will not be cancelled solely because rain or other unfavorable weather is forecast.
Severe Weather & Safety
The safety of our attendees, performers, staff, vendors, and other participants is our highest priority. If actual severe or dangerous weather conditions, including lightning or thunderstorms, develop during the festival and create a safety risk, the promoter may temporarily delay or suspend performances and other event activities until conditions can be evaluated.
If conditions improve and it is reasonably safe to do so, the festival and performances may resume.
If dangerous weather conditions prevent the festival or remaining performances from safely resuming, the promoter may terminate the affected portion of the event or postpone the remaining portion to a future date.
If Severe Weather Occurs After the Festival Begins The festival will be considered to have commenced when the gates open at 1:00 PM. If severe weather develops after the festival has commenced, the promoter may take whatever reasonable measures are necessary to protect attendees, performers, staff, vendors, and others at the venue.
An interruption, suspension, modification, or early termination resulting from actual severe or dangerous weather conditions does not, by itself, constitute a cancellation of the entire event or create an automatic ticket refund right.
Postponement or Rescheduling
If dangerous weather conditions require the festival or remaining scheduled performances to be postponed, the promoter may reschedule the affected portion of the event to a future date. Previously purchased tickets will remain valid and will be honored for the rescheduled date.
A purchaser's inability or decision not to attend a rescheduled date does not, by itself, create a refund right.
Ticket Refunds
All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law or otherwise provided under the applicable ticket terms.
Tickets are not refundable because of personal circumstances, an unfavorable weather forecast, rain, or a decision not to attend.
If the festival proceeds and an attendee chooses not to attend, no refund will be provided
.
Event Cancellation
If circumstances require the promoter to cancel the festival before it commences, or otherwise permanently cancel the event rather than reschedule it, any refund determination will be made in accordance with the applicable ticket terms and applicable law.
Ticket Protection
Any optional ticket refund protection purchased through a third-party provider is separate from the promoter's ticket policy. Eligibility for benefits under such protection is determined by the third-party provider according to its own terms and conditions and does not modify the promoter's ticket terms.
Purchaser Acknowledgment
By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser acknowledges that Dogs, Bands & Beer Festival is an outdoor event scheduled to occur rain or shine; that actual weather conditions may result in delays, interruptions, suspension, modification, postponement, rescheduling, or termination of portions of the event for safety reasons; and that tickets are subject to the applicable ticket terms and this weather and safety policy.
